After over two decades of success in their native Russia, Mumiy Troll has finally made the move to conquer the North American music scene with their self-proclaimed brand of "rockapops." I personally hate this term. It cheapens Mumiy's surprisingly fresh and versatile style when so many other bands that claim to be emo or electro-rock or whatever deserve the confining label more than anyone. It's amazing how a band that has been around for so long can still refuse to become stuck in their ways...
