Like Lou Reed on Perfect Night Live in London, Paul Barrere and Fred Tackett of the venerable Southern-fried institution of Little Feat use crisply mixed acoustic instruments to reinvent their distinct blues-rock shuffles. The blend of Barrere's acoustic guitar and Tackett's mandolin is a fine, clean one. Barrere's slide work is quite enjoyable as well...
