The Celtic Woman Tour
The much anticipated tour kicks off this fall on November 30 when the Celtic Woman plays at the Burbank Center for the Arts in Santa Rosa, California. The group then travels across the country for 90 show dates in all until their tour wraps up in Grand Prairie, Texas at the Verizon Theatre.
The tour is in support of the group’s new album titled “Voice of Angels,” which will be released on November 18, a few weeks before the tour kick off. The vocalists Marifead Carlin, Eabha McMahon, and Susan McFadden, along with their newest member and violinist, perform new arrangements on the album along with tracks that have been previously recorded, but never released. And in addition to the vocals, the listeners of the album will hear traditional Celtic instruments such as Uileann pipes, a handcrafted tin whistle, bodhran, bouzouki, and of course, bagpipes.
