Primal Fear Concert Tickets

Primal Fear is a German power metal/heavy metal band formed in 1997 by Ralf Scheepers (Vocals/Ex-Gamma Ray, ex-Tyran' Pace), Mat Sinner ( Bass and Vocals/Sinner), Stefan Leibing and Tom Naumann (Guitars). Their style is a heavy power metal sound with the Halford-esque vocals of Ralf Scheepers that give a feeling of Judas Priest's Painkiller era. Scheepers formed the band after he was not hired as Rob Halford's replacement in Judas Priest, a job for which he was a finalist, that went to Tim "Ripper" Owens. With nine studio albums, two live releases and a 'best of' in the pocket, I'm sure that German heavy metal institute Primal Fear needs no introduction anymore. Their best album so far is "Seven Seals" (2005), but the one that reached the highest position in the German charts so far is their last one, "Unbreakable" (2012), peaking at #31...

One of the stalwarts, and class acts, of traditional heavy metal in the modern era is Germany's Primal Fear. Raging on for better than 10 years, the band returns with their tenth studio album, Delivering The Black and, as expected, it's a heavy metal monster. Primal Fear: delivering the white. But I'm more than a little biased in my opinion as I've been a fan, probably, from the very first album...

Sound: Nuclear Fire is the third album by the German heavy metal band Primal Fear. It was released in 2001 Track listing: Angel in Black (3:58) Kiss of Death (3:50) Back from Hell (3:46) Now or Never (5:33) Fight the Fire (4:23) Eye of an Eagle (4:28) Bleed for Me (5:04) Nuclear Fire (4:23) Red Rain (4:51) Iron Fist in a Velvet Glove (Bonus Track) (5:17) Fire on the Horizon (3:31) Living for Metal (3:42) The album is very well produced to start with...

Studio album # 9 for this German heavy metal institute and I'm sure it will comply with all the fans' wishes (once again). After a successful tour of South America in the spring of last year, followed by more dates in Europe last summer, the band members were eager to enter the studio. The bulk of the songs was written by Scheepers, Karlsson and Sinner and as usual we get a well-balanced mix of neckbreaking riff metal songs and more subtle material...

Considering the caliber and consistency of their recent catalog, maybe Primal Fear should have named their ninth studio album Unstoppable. But Unbreakable certainly fits as well. Primal Fear's melodic and heavy, often speedy, power metal remains their tried and true formula. Add to this the strongest lineup ever, especially the devastating guitar duo of Alex Beyrodt and Magnus Karlsson, and Primal Fear simply goes from strength to strength. Hey, if ain't broken, don't flippin' try to fix it...

"'Aside from its highest moments, it's simply Primal Fear being Primal Fear. And in 2012... that may not be enough.'" My rocky relationship with the current power metal scene notwithstanding, I do count myself a fan of quite a few bands tagged with that label - some of whom are all-time favorites. Germany's Primal Fear is certainly one of them, but their ninth studio album "Unbreakable," while solid and sturdy, has yet to floor me...

"This album brings back to the table all the thrash, speed, and power metal elements that helped make Primal Fear one of the biggest names in German metal." A lot of Primal Fear fans felt alienated with the German metal band's 2007 release "New Religion." With its orchestral accompaniment and guest vocals by Epica siren Simone Simons, it was different from Primal Fear's usual fare, to say the least. Fortunately, fans of the band can breathe a sigh of relief with their latest release, "16...

Awesome. Primal Fear's live DVD All Over the World is what a good heavy metal live performance should look like on video. It's not big budget like, say, a Iron Maiden or Judas Priest. But Primal Fear does quite well, recording from their European and American tours in support of 16.6 Before the Devil Knows You're Dead. From broad shots from the back row to intimate shots of individual players on stage (including closeups of fret work), All Over the World draws you into the live performance...

Awesome. Primal Fear's live DVD All Over the World is a prime example of what a good heavy metal concert DVD should be.
