herein lies the fault of the collectables label's manifesto... why exactly you'd pair sonny & linda's mind-melt burner with what's essentially a slightly above-average sounding late 60s soul-jazz-funk tread (henderson's "people get ready") is quite beyond the scope anyone familiar with the former. regardless, glad black woman is available in a tangible, semi easy to find form. in the pantheon of out-guitar, sharrock can certainly be deemed the grand/god-father...
