The Irish Rovers Concert Tickets

A popular and long-running Canadian-Irish folk group that saw their beginning in the 1960s, The Irish Rovers are particularly well-known for their hit recording of Shel Silverstein's "The Unicorn," although a great many more of their characteristically happy and oft-comical songs remain well-known to this day. In 2010, the band celebrated 45 years as recording artists, with their latest CD, "Gracehill Fair" and filming the DVD/television special "Home in Ireland", shot entirely on-location, throughout the northwest coast of Ireland. The Irish Rovers Reviews

Avg. Customer Rating:
5.0 (based on 2 reviews)

Some of the modern studio flourishes that graced previous albums have been pared back to a more rootsy, folk-pub feel. So while The Rovers can turn over such charming, good-natured fare as "Killiburn Brae" in their sleep, one can at least find something to inspire the hoisting of a pint and a hearty sing-along.

A strong budget-priced introduction to the Irish Rovers' charms, Years May Come, Years May Go features many of the group's most enduring recordings, including "The Unicorn," "Goodnight Irene" and "Liverpool Lou."
